Nice people. Ryan postponed a family activity to fix my urgent problem. He seemed very knowledgeable and spent some extra time trying to figure out if the county is responsible for fixing my main line (turns out they are, thank heavens!). Had a water heater replaced and installed yesterday in one afternoon by a friendly and professional man named Ryan.  He did this job on his own and was done within several hours and the estimate was the exact same at the end, transparent bill. Had another plumbing company come to my home today & quoted me a price of several thousand dollars to repair the loss of water in my shower. Ryan came today & fixed my problem, 100%, for so VERY MUCH LESS than the other plumber. Very pleasant & professional. So happy he could come today & fix my plumbing problem. Ryan (and Ashley) is an amazing person and then an awesome plumber! When a simple plumbing call turned into a major issue that started outside, Ryan used every tool to find it. It turned out that the lawn company my HOA retained ran over the drain access pipe in my yard, making it my issue. Ryan and team came out, moved the shed, dug up the ground - digging so deep that he disappeared from view, replaced the dirt, moved the shed, then added grass seed to the yard to look like it was never touched. You can't see the results on the outside but our family is more than thankful for working plumbing on the inside.

I am extremely happy with my new water heater install by Ryan H. — the owner of Elite Plumbing. I texted him at his work # in the evening and he showed up bright and early next day, assessed and swapped out my water heater and all the necessary parts. Replacing that big an appliance is not cheap, but he gave me a fair price, kindly went over other options with me and shared knowledge of future maintenance. Thank you the help adulting! ☺️
